1. name of the hotel is OYO hotel olive. 2. if you search for fabhotels salt Lake palace on maps, you'd be sent to some wrong place. search for hotel olive. 3. the phone numbers provided don't work. 4. a trick for hotels. when calling their IVR, press 1 for new booking and NOT 2 for existing booking. they never pick up calls for existing bookings. 5. Hotel is more like a lodge. not much "service. Brusque (if not downright rude) staff. 6. Prices at ( breakfast included) are lower than other salt Lake hotels. so7. if you're solo, or just a couple of guys you can opt for the hotel. I would not suggest going with females or family. * food was good, but costly. Tea was excellent. Geyser worked very well. Room had a tv but no set top box. *everything was covered in layers of dust. smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. Bed had holes, bedsheet had stains.

Terrible hotel

Highly unprofessional and rude behaviour. Room could not be provided even after 5 hrs of scheduled check in. Location is ok but behaviour of staffs is terrible. Cleanliness average. Not recommended at all unless no other options.

It was not as they shown. Very small & dirty room. I refuse to stay. I checked out same time. My all money what i paid gone. I stayed in other hotel. Till now not receive money back.

The location is tagged wrong. The cab will drop you at unknown location. This shows the hotel is fab hotel, which is the biggest lie. The name of the hotel is the olive on the board. Service is too bad. Unhygienic hotel.

They are like Fighting with all customers. They are not allowing to bring food through swiggy like online delivery. There is no hotel or tea shop near this hotel.
