Visited this hotel back in jean 2024, so we knew what to expect, and they did not let us down. We had good experience as before. Hotel has only stairs, no elevator, so please keep that in mind, if you have difficulty with mobility.

This is a good option for a family to spend a night in ponda. Iit campus is about 4 km from the hotel. Their executive room is worth its price. Other rooms are smaller in size, particularly toilets. Executive room is really spacious with a large toilet. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is served in the room. There is no lift but there are only 2 floors. They have a good restaurant on ground floor with a moderately priced menu.

Average stay. Overall experience is not so good. Tv and fan is not available in rooms. Ac has terrible sound issue. Not worth for money

Room was ok, first they gave room on the 2nd floor in that ac was no working, after repeated phone calls they changed the room on 1st floor, that ac stopped working at night 1. 30am so no sleep fan was also not there, after the phone call the person came and checked, say ac is not working so sleep in the next room, no maintenance. Ac in the room was the biggest problem, they changed the room twice, in the night ac goes around 1. 30am,
