I had booked fabhotels shekhawati palace but on the make my trip app booking was done for this hotel but when i reached the hotel they told me that we have not received any booking but when i checked i got to know that it was the mistake of fabhotels. Booking id was done for fabhotel shekhawati heritage not palace and on makemytrip location was coming of shekhawati palace.

When i checked in. It said it had no availability. Then what you had mentioned the amenities. Not even 1% was there. I checked in 0015 hrs on 24 /12 and i was stuck at midnight. Inf-act another couple came and he was also told same thing but then the one room they showed me which i refused to stay as it was in shabby condition, also no elevator in the hotel.
