I recently had the pleasure of staying at fabhotel shiva grand and was thoroughly impressed! the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Bad smell, seepage, no exhaust fan in bathroom, water overflowing from bathroom while taking bath, no drinking water, delay in breakfast, over all very bad experince

Hotel is not as shown in images. seemed far more as per hotel standards. I asked for bisleri on payment basis which was also not available with them. Further the bed sheet and blanket was so much dirty.

There were smell in the room. The bathroom was very dirty and the bedsheet was not clean and there were stains

Rooms were not as shown they were totally unhygienic and very poor condition throughout the hotel and all the washroom were also not clean later he arranged some room in different hotel and than i come to realise that that's not too good
