I had a good stay at Shravan hotel situated in the heart of nagpur. Very favourable location for my office travel. Cleanliness was good. The staff is very cooperative. I recommend the hotel for a good stay

Terrible Stay
After we came to the property rooms were not upto mark. There was 8 times power cuts in a matter of 1 hour. After repeatedly communicating with executive nothing happened. I have also shared proofs but still no action was taken. This was a horrible stay and i would have not even given a single star for this stay.

familyThe hotel is a basic one but the room alloted to us was a big oddly shaped. There was barely any room to get into the bed from one of the sides. The lobby of the floor was very dusty and very unwelcoming. Needs higher hygiene standards.

here's a strong yet professional way to describe your experience: --- i had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. despite paying around ₹3,000 for a one-night stay, they did not provide even a single complimentary water bottle. basic hospitality expectations were completely ignored. moreover, we checked in as a family of three, including our 5-year-old child, but the hotel shockingly refused to provide breakfast for our little one without additional charges. this is unacceptable, as most hotels consider young children under a certain age for complimentary breakfast. such rigid and unsympathetic policies show a complete lack of customer care. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even the most basic level of hospitality..
