Hotel staffs was good, room quality was just ok. There was ac in the room but it was not cooling properly but the ceiling fan was working fine. Room was clean

The rooms were enough spacious but there were spots on the wall, things were not tidy as well. It was with little décor. Room was totally different as shown in the picture. However, The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble other than the room allotted.

Bad because the bedsheet wasn't clean, the blanket was of poor quality even torn, television was not working, the taps were also loose. For all these reasons i would prefer everyone not to visit this hotel.

We checked out yesterday morning from the hotel horrible room filthy entrance no hot water unhygienic bathroom not worth staying seek full refund. Torn bed sheet horrible toilet no place to keep soap shaving kit horrible service deceiving customers by promoting such third grade hotels. Seek complete refund

Terrible hotel. Rooms were dirty. Bedsheets were dirty. Not recommended at all.

One of the two rooms given to us didn't have the latch on its door. So, you couldn't lock it from inside. Needless to say, no one can stay in such room in a hotel and hence, we ended up using only one room. So, i effectively paid for two rooms while staying only in one room (because i had made the advance payment on mm t and hotel staff said he couldn't refund my money. Now, coming to the room we ended up staying in. The "bathroom" was frustratingly small. You have to be extremely shameless and cunning to offer room with that kind of bathroom and make money out of it. The ac remote was missing, so at night it got extremely chilly. And the only option i had now was to turn it off manually. Which soon will result in room getting very warm. So, i had to get up again to turn it on. And the ordeal continued for the entire night. And this wasn't even the worst part of this horrible experience. The hotel didn't not even have the power back up (or the access to the generator, when the power supply was gone. And for good 2-3 hours, there was no power supply to the entire hotel. And to pile on our miseries, the "hotel" didn't even have a water cooler for clean potable water. I don't think entire blame lies with the people carrying this sham in the name of running of this hotel. A reputed app like "make my trip" is to be held just as responsible, if not more, for letting a hotel like this take bookings from their app. I am afraid it's gonna be very difficult for me to trust mmt's services in future.

Room was smelly, indoor lock was not working, bathroom was smelly and broken, no power backup. Very bad experience.
