1. Address of hotel what you mentioned near spin city mall is wrong. 2. No dental, shaving kit available (free/ chargeble)
3. Flush not working 4. Hot water not coming etc.

Room allotted was not cleaned. Bad sheet was not changed. Washroom was not cleaned door not closing properly remote is not working properly. Bno water in room

Room, bedsheet and towels are not clean, no hot water. All time bad smell, very bad experience. I suggest if anyone is going to stay then please check the cleanness

I asked to cancel the room and refund the money. You did not cancel it. I had to stay as my money was already paid.
