The staff is helpful, but inexperienced (and somewhat unprofessional. Rooms are good size wise. Cleanliness can be improved. Service can be improved significantly - there should at least be a possibility of getting packaged drinking water from the hostel staff.

It was the worst booking ever. I didn’t even get room and money also debited. Everyone was rude and we were homeless at 3 in the night. Never expected this from make my trip

The hotel was exact opposite as it was shown. Tha bathroom was also no attached. Location was also very bad according to family stay. The staff was really rude. There was no food no breakfast nothing as mentioned. Do not put false information.
