Good and needs to be improved services. Room is maintained clean. Bed sheets also maintained new as well as proper. Recommend for future stay

Dear mmt team, as per attached detail i had booked hotel through make my trip in bhubaneswar and faced below issues: i)towel not cleaned spots are there. Ii)they have failed to provide the complimentary breakfast for 2nd day. Also not sure to provide the 3rd day breakfast(parcel. I have already intimated the above things to hotel reception but they are not reluctant. Regards, snehansu ghosh
