The stay was comfortable and good space. The staff was cooperative as well as available for all the services such as providing water bottles, or carrying the luggage.

Need to improve service, the tv set up box is not available, the ac remote not available in room when i asked then they ask me multiple questions.

I had a booking for my parents, and the hotel refused the booking with advance payment via mm t app which caused extreme inconvenience in the mid of night.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff behaviour is the worst. Hospitality is 0. I would stay in the waiting room of the railway rather than this accommodation.

I had booked 3 rooms and the booking was confirmed. When we all reached there, to our shocker, the hotel reception guy informs us the room is not available. When i am trying to reason it out he was being absolute rude and almost abusive. (after 2 hrs of coordination with mm t, they made arrangement in alternative hotel ) but my point is the hotel staff were absolute rude and arrogant. Do not book here. Pay a little extra and book in another hotel.
