The check-in process was flawless and smooth i got there showed my booking voucher and within 30secs i got my room key. The room was neat and clean all the things were on point the bedsheet the mattress which was very comfy and the bathroom was spotless too and all the toiletries were present. Room service was also good. There was a little problem with food availability like some of the things were out of stock at said time but else everything was fine. I enjoyed my stay very much.

I came here with my family. Rooms were not managed properly. The sheets were not clean. Cleanliness was not there. And there was so noise from adjacent rooms, there were some drunk boys. I have my exam tomorrow and they didn’t listen to me to make some less noises. Very very bad experience.

Over all basic clean hotel but found the bed sheet having cigarette burn holes little attention would be better.

I decided to halt at this hotel just for one night as we had to travel to our next destination the next day. Don’t go by the photos as shown. The room was not as shown in images. Torn bed sheet was provided and very smelly room. Even the lobby area was so poor conditioned with torn sofas. Somehow managed to spend the night. Took the complimentary breakfast option while booking but skipped even that the next day morning. Very dirty hotel. The entrance to the hotel seemed it wasn’t cleaned for years.

1) the location as per the g-map was not accurate i have to struggled for finding the exact main gate. 2) there is scarcity of water & wifi issue in this hotel we have to wait in washrooms for more than half an hour to get the water. 3) there is a renovation work going on but they didn’t inform me about it & displayed it as an excuse for irregular water supply & no internet. 3) the location & roads near by looks like a hell in rainy season if you are travel-ling by car to reach the hotel so many pot holes & water logging out there.
