Great views from the balcony on a clear sky. Food is simple and good as well. Minor issues with the bathroom, but nothing deal-breaking.

It was fabulous stay at the hotel having good rest period and good food and almost a stunning view from the windows. It was like heaven staying in that hotel

I haven't stayed because , I searched for kolkata , selected for Kolkata and I booked room .. While reaching they denied because this hotel has stopped Fab Hotel booking and after checking they said its booked for dharamshala .. at 11.30 night after reaching hotel .. hotel person denied to taked booking .. . finally i paid agin to the same hotel higher than the rate in which booked and earlier amount also not returned .. extremely bad experience and dissopointed

Pros- service by staff pankaj, mitwa. View of dhauladhar range from hotel room cons- morning breakfast limited, average taste. Washrooms non maintenance broken tiles, broken wash basin, pots. Rooms starts from 2nd floor, so not good for senior citizens. Stairs are uneven. No manager in hotel, the chef seems to be incharge. property is not 3 star. It must be 1 star only.

Hotel receptionist was not at-all aware of how to talk and behave. Washroom in restorent and in receptionist area was pathetic.
