Room cleaning is very worst and the bed linen was not changed after the previous guest checked out. And floor was not even mopped properly, it was fully sticky and can able to walk in room without slipper.

Fortune hotel was very good. We had a very good comfortable stay the bathroom is well pretty neat and clean. Only problem is that they were asking for ids and we have to stay with our baggages and sleepy kids in hand. Breakfast was not provided on time. The hotel had a very good parking space and it was very easy to find the hotel

Yesterday we booked a room but at midnight once we reached the hotel then only they informed us that there was no room. At least they can inform us while they got the booking confirmation

Pl avoid this property fab hotel as also full payment as you will not get any refund on cancelation ue to chennai flooding i had this worst experience booking through makemytrip and no support either. It's day loot by fab hotel and makemytrip.

When we entered the person said no rooms booked in my name. He allotted room the already for some one. So took too much time for room allocation after 30 minutes of waiting at reception he allotted single room instead of 2 rooms one of the worst experience which i ever been had in my life hotel staffs knows only hindi that also creates lots of problem. Please remove this hotel form make my trip list
