Terrible Stay
Lift not working and also lift are not available for all floors and also the main point was the room key is not working and whenever I said him that issue and I request to hotel that please change my room they said no that’s why i left hotel room even i paid him full of cost..!!

Average Stay
Room was spacious and clean but the wifi was not working. The reception or the room service did not attended the issue even after continuous reminder. AC was very loud and was not cooling properly. Toilet jet spray was leeking. Overall, a mediocre experience.

Poor stay experience
The staff’s behavior was not helpful at all. I faced difficulty in finding the exact location of the property, as it’s not on the main road. The service staff didn’t answer my calls for almost an hour. When I mentioned this after reaching the property, they just laughed — which was very unprofessional. Additionally, I had to activate the room smart card three times a day, which was really , along with several other issues. Overall, a disappointing experience — I would never recommend this place to anyone.

hotel was under development and the room was not that one which I booked. bedsheets was dirty, terrible stay.

Property is good ,staff were co-operative was also good but only issue I faced there was no WIFI service available in my room ,when contacted the desk person said there is NO Wifi connection for rooms where I was staying ... only problem I faced was with MakeMyTrip customer care person

food invoice not delivered
i did not receive my food invoice and have been trying to get one but of no use. hotel said MMT will share and MMT has no one to connect with
