Maintenance was okaiesh, the room was stinking and some kind of odour was there, bed was not good, no comfort, Wifi was too bad. Water provided was 500ml only

Terrible Stay
one of the worst hotels I have ever seen. After the check in process completed hotel allowed to access the room. Upon entering the room the hotel was dirty and full of cockroaches. even after complaining the hotel staff showed no response and asked to cancel the booking. when we contacted the MMT team said they will take necessary action. After 10 days MMT informed us that there was nothing they could do. why do MMT list such hotels with grading. why can't MMT take action even after proving strong evidence.

Hotel is good newly built clean and staff behavior is good and friendly, But the problem is with the amenities and food even after booking room with breakfast they were asking for money and even for basic amenities like toothbrush you need to pay money.

The room itself was average, with acceptable neatness and cleanliness. The amenities were decent—there was a kettle, along with coffee powder and tea bags, which was a nice touch. Towels, soap, and shampoo were also provided. One thing to note: after the 11 am checkout time, the hotel charges an extra ₹200 per hour. Overall, it’s a reasonable stay with a few perks, but be mindful of the extra checkout charges. !
