Very neat and clean, rooms and especially rest rooms are best. I don't find any hotel nearby in the locality.

Neat and clean rooms. Well furnished rooms. Washroom was also well maintained. Hotel staff was well behaved and helpful and responded to your queries. No issues with the hotel whatsoever.

Fabhotel the turning point was a pleasant surprise! the room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The amenities like bed, bathroom was particularly impressive. The hotel staff was attentive. While the food at the restaurant was average, the overall experience was quite enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Near by to railway station and coles road. It was a good stay. Outside food allowed. Room was neat and spacious. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. Calm and comfortable stay.

It was business stay, room was specious, location was good and near to The Bangalore palace, hotel services and staff behavior was excellent. It was good stay. Suggested to all.

I had booked the hotel from 12th to 15th december. The checkout time of the hotel was 11:00 am. The hotel had over booked for some wedding and kept pressuring us to checkout at 6:00 am on 15th - 5 hours before their scheduled time. Their harassment started from the time we checked-in. I had to reach out to mm t support who helped a lot. However, on the 15th morning, the hotel started calling from 6:00 am asking us to checkout. It was a terrible experience in the hotel. Pros: very conveniently located if someone has to access benson town/frazer town/cox town. Rooms comfortable. However, due to staff behaviour, would not ever book it again or not recommend it.
