overall experience was average. Location was hard to find due to metro construction nearby. cleanliness was not upto the mark. Food didn't tried.

We booked a room for 1586 rs. And we already paid but when we reached there he shown us a bill of 1900 he said now you have to be paid 325 remaining amount. Room was not clean. We didn't take photo

They charge rupees 1200 extra and they always do on every booking and there services are not good and the guy on the reception is also so rude and the rooms are also neat clean and hygienic

There was no minimum facility. There is no calling bell and the land line did not work. Every time one has to go the reception for any problem. The waiter supplied water bottle at 3am. There was no chair. When i asked why the service is poor. The receptionist said as you have booked from third party, no extra benefit to be given.

Bedrooms were not cleaned and also bedsheets have multiple holes and are dirty. They have stained marks.
