3 location- isolated, not suited for family room- door with no latch, had to lock using keys while staying inside, window curtains are torn, bed sheets appeared to be "not clean" breakfast- bought out, taste and quality not good price- over priced

Room was not clean ac remote was defective and reception was most of the time without a staff and toilet tap was damaged toilet was not clean. Maintenance is required as the charge was a bomb for one night which was not worth the place and stay

The place is below average and located in a shady area. Most of the problems were related to the age of the property and management is not doing to improve the infrastructure.

Total useless property, location and staff. I have not stayed. I booked only because of fabhotel brand. This property is not good for fabhotel brand. Kindly refund amount if possible.

Unprofessional and rude staff. Felt very unsafe the whole time of staying. The room and amenities are also not clean.

The room was so dirty. The bedspread on the bed was so old and nasty, it made me so unformtable and it was not washed and maintained. In toilet the flush was broken and it was also not clean. Towels and kit were not provided. Screen of the windowwss were torn and holes were in there and that was too dirty filled with dust. The ac was not in working condition tooo. Dust was coming out from the ac. No tv, water was not provided, jug and glass were not there. Overall a terrible stay, waste of my money.
