The service wasn't good 1 requested for cleaning the previous day. It was not done 2 the dinner received was different than ordered

I have booked the hotel with breakfast, but in the morning hotel staff denied for the same and there was no any arrangements for sampoo and bath shop and etc

Very dissatisfied with the attitude of desk manager at hotel. Very bad behaviour and not supporting at all.
