Overall stay was ok. There were no soap or accessories given in the toilet and moreover toilet was stinky. Water pressure was very poor. Rooms were not meant to be of that price. Breakfast was not served in-spite of booking it with breakfast.

Stained linen smelly rooms no basic toiletries and poor response of the house keeping staff. The pillows had fungal black stains and some bed bugs too

Room floor was broken wall condition was very bad beds was not comfortable toilets was not that great mirrors was broken staff reception lady was not very careless

I spent one night here, and the check-in process was quite challenging, especially since I arrived around 10:30 pm after traveling from Bangalore to Chennai. I was accompanied by my mother, but unfortunately, the staff didn't extend any basic courtesy by offering her a seat. There was an employee at the entrance engrossed in their mobile phone in a reclined position. Upon entering the room after check-in, I noticed that the corridor and the room itself were a bit sticky. Additionally, there were mosquitoes. Despite opting for an AC room, the bedsheet was in poor condition. I requested a change at the reception, and although the room boy initially claimed that all bedsheets were like that, he eventually agreed to replace it. Fortunately, my mother had brought along an extra bedsheet, so we used that. The bathrooms were satisfactory, with hot water available.

Disgusting. Filthy. Horrible. Dirty stained linen. Unclean floors. Cockroaches in room. Non functional aircon. Bathroom dirty. This hotel needs to be reported to the health department. Poor water supply. Do not step in. We had no choice as entered chennai after 10 hrs drive

Worst, no proper hot water no towel, the toilet was broken, smell in the room worst.

The hotel staff who was there at reception was horrible and irresponsible. The hotel corridors were not having good illumination and ventilation. It was scary to walk in the corridor if you are alone. The hotel rooms were having cockroaches, ants and spider webs. The bathroom was not at all clean. I had to raise complaint to mmt and they helped in getting into another nearby hotel
