Stay is decent with 330 sq ft room area. Though for breakfast it's always poha. But poha is good.

the a/c room was great but the bathroom could be improved. the menu was limited but the location of hotel was good so good restaurants and cafes were nearby.

When i paid full money. I check in at early morning 5am for only 2 hours. They forced me to give extra rs 1000-. When i asked reason. They told me you paid money to fab. Not in hotel. So they asked for cash money at counter. And said to me if i didn't pay cash, they not give me any room.

Choice guest house near pune warje bridge, has not provided breakfast, on sometime provided breakfast from hospitals canteen it's very rust. Bed mattresses was very old and having no strength

Worst Experience We Had, Last Night We Came Pune From Mumbai For Examination Purpose. I Was With My Mom And Wife. We Reached Pune Late Night At 12 Am. Earlier When We Enquired To Receptionist About Room Availability He Said Yes It available But Charges was Saying For Worst Rooms, So He Told Us To Book. Once We Done He Told To Wait For 10-15 Mins, After 20 Mins He Said Our Owner Saying No Rooms Are Available For Tonight & You People Have To See Somewhere Else. They Were Not Ready To Help Us in December 14°c Temperature And Even They Were Behaving Rudely With Us. Atlast We Got Room To 2km Away B Hotel After Roaming For Almost 40 By Mins At Night by Walk With 2 Ladies That Too My Mother is Senior Citizen.

The place was non-operative for atleast 1 day prior to the check in. They had not informed/taken action on the app. As a result i was unable to stay when i reached late at night. Mm t did not provide an alternative stay & had to book another hotel by paying the full amount at 11. 32pm at night! what a service mmt! awaiting mm t to revert on refund & compensation for the harassment!

It was the worst hotel i ever visited. Hotel staff were totally not friendly. Also the rooms were dirty, chocolate rapper and dust was found in room. Also i checked out of the room early because of such inconvenience! i just checked in and after 2 hours i checked out because of such mess! makemytrip this was not expected from your service! all my money was not value for worth

The receptionist did not wake up for solid 15 minutes. Then made us wait for half an hour to give keys. The room was disgusting. And there were used condoms behind the bed. There will be a formal complaint against this so called hotel.
