This is one the best hotel in pahadganj in very efficient cost. Interior of rooms are very pleasant, hygienic and well maintained. The staff is also very cooperative, especially i would like to mentioned about me. Junaid. He is very supportive, polite and well mannered. The staff is very flexible also because i taken the room with breakfast and the first day i have ordered the breakfast at 10:30 am (because the timing of breakfast is 10:00 am) but still they have considered and not charged extra. For the individual and family, this is the best and safest place with a very affordable price. Highly recommended.

Very disappoint with hotel cleanness even tough toilets bedsheets, pillocover hotel staff is good, cooperative but they need a proper training overall not satisfied with the hotel

जिस हिसाब से रुम था उस हिसाब से मेनटेइन नही था,ब्रेकफास्ट बफेट के चाजॅ मे सीफॅ आलू पराठा दिया,इस बात पर कोइ रिस्पॉन्स नही दिया

The place was terrible. Service was more terrible. And the guy - akhtar in the lobby, took our phone from hand and put the rating as 5, because we complained about the service. We booked this place because it's fab hotels. It was very disappointing.

1. When we arrived for the check-in, the room was not ready even after booking it in advance2. We booked the suite room and it wasn't cleaned3. There were small cockroaches in bathroom, on bed and also on the ground4. No toiletries provided. Only a one rupee suns-ilk shampoo along with a small soap to wash hands. I paid extra just for the bathtub and it was so filthy that you won't even wish to step on it. 5. No kettle to make tea or coffee6. No hot water, even after complaining multiple times7. Ac was not working properly. 8. The plug points were not functional and we couldn't charge our phones9. The toilet flush was not working and there was some plumbing issue10. After these problems, we asked for a room change and we got one on the same floor. This room was cleaner then the previous one but the toilet had same functional issues. No hot water. 11. In addition to that, the ac started dripping water on the bed and we had to switch it off. 12. We had paid for breakfast that was supposed to be the next morning. There was no buffet for breakfast, they provide food in your room and a limited quantity. 13. There was bread butter, toast, tea, and paratha. While taking the 3rd sip, we found a small creature in the tea cup and threw that. 14. At the time of check-out, these guys charged vat and service charge both on a bottle of water and a can of coke. We were glad with only one point which is getting out of this hotel.
