Good location. Amazing food. Ideal place to stay both for vacation & business travellers

It was a short 1 day stay with my family in this hotel. The location is superb with awesome hill view from the room. The room was spacious and had all the amenities. Staff was courteous and accommodated all requests. Food spread during dinner and breakfast was good. Had plenty of options to choose from. Overall it was a great stay. Cheers!

The location and view was excellent. The food was excellent and the vegetarian selection was superb, particularly the local Garhwali cuisine. The mooli ki sabji was a love at first taste for my husband, a diehard non veg from soul, heart and gut.😀 A special mention of the warmth and care of the head chef, Naveen and his assistant Sumit who acquainted us with jhakiya, the Garhwali tadka masala, which I was most curious to meet, given that it had radically changed my husband's taste for vegetarian cuisine 😋. The check in and check out process was the only complaint I have. We had requested an early check-in but didn't get it. We weren't even offered a welcome drink or water and I fell asleep on the sofa as I was so tired. Finally was given a room on a different floor. The check out was worse if possible. In spite of having made the full payment two weeks in advance, I was asked to pay again as their system was not showing payment through the MakeMyTrip app portal. Finally they sorted it out but after unnecessary delay which could have been avoided. The front office and reception staff need to be more efficient.

My stay at Fairfield was comfortable and very much as per expectations for a family staycation. The food was very good and rooms were well kept. Best part was the location due to which view from the room was amazing!! Would definitely like to come back here another time
