Food was amazing with a wonderful service. Location is awesome with greeneries around. Rooms are small but neat and clean. Room service was very good. Overall it was a wonderful experience in Fairfield.

Poor Stay
I reached at 2000hrs .Tried to contact reception about to inform my late arrival but no response.After reaching all staff were ok but reception staff was not good.

Good Stay
I had an absolutely amazing stay at the hotel.The hotel was very convenient within walking distance of Biswa bangla gate. The room was very clean and comfortable. The gentleman Mr.Abhirup Ghosh at the counter was very helpful.

It was one of the best stay I ever had 😍
I had a wonderful stay with beautiful room, and staff behaviour was top notch. I loved it 🥰. Special thanks to Mr Rajdeep, Bikramjit, Monotosh, Sudeshna, Ankit and Chef Sarnick for his services in Vertex & in Kava, Mr Mithun,Kamran, pappu and Chef Bubai all were very helpful and i loved their services, All Total I would give 110 out of 100 ☺️☺️

Overall experience was mix bag. Front office staff Nikita was extremely polite and courteous and helped us to complete a smooth check out. However food quality was not up to the mark and over priced

Terrible Stay
their over all service was the worst , we had booked 4 rooms for one day they provided two rooms 1.30 mint later after multiple requests and two after almost 3 hours later again with requests , we didn't get our beverages for 3 rooms , they weren't attentive over all after the disappointing behaviours from all the stuffs we had to check out that night , views were awesome pool was clean but overall i won't recommend anyone for that particular branch

Poor service & mismanaged
During check - in, the front desk had no records of our booking. We were eligible for a 20% discount on Food & beverages, they had no information about that & charged us the whole amount. When we showed them the voucher, they couldnot find our food bill. After repeated followups for 3-4 consecutive days , they shared the food bill with us...

Nice experience inspite of heavy rush in the hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are smaller in size, best for 2 adults. Even the extra bed / matress doesnt fit well.
