my stay at the hotel was pleasant. the hotel staff were courteous and helpful. the room was well maintained and the decor was nice. the room also had a huge TV. I tried room service and the food was delivered without delay, with tasty food. overall a nice experience.

Excellent Stay
The property was very close to the railway station, the check in was fast, rooms were clean and spacious and the overall experience was amazing. I’d definitely recommend it to travellers who want to stay near prime locations. Also the food was amazing

Terrible Stay
While i was booking the room with 2 persons it was an fair price and when i did it with 3 persons it was showing me higher price which is okay but i rule book it was written like this price is just for 2 persons and then i cross checked when it was 3 person the price when much up so i thought thats it but when i reached my hotel they charged me extra at hotel even though i booked for 3. Totally disgusting from MMT

Terrible Stay
The service at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Staff were unprofessional and unresponsive, showing little interest in guest comfort. Rooms were dirty, with stained sheets and a foul smell lingering throughout. Basic amenities like towels and toiletries were missing, and despite repeated requests, nothing was provided. The food was cold, tasteless, and served late. Housekeeping was almost non-existent, and reception seemed clueless about bookings or check-out times. Wi-Fi didn’t work, and even the elevator was often out of service. Overall, a terrible experience that lacked even the most basic standards of hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Poor Stay
After 3 hour we have Recvd our luggage in our room at the time of dinner in restaurant food refilling was very slow we have took buffet but everything is mashup in restaurant they serve chapatis to us after 30mnts of order only tandoori roti instead of assorted bread basket so overall experience is worst never want to stay at Mariot hotel in future
