It was good friendly staff nice ambience would go and stay there again but only in winters time summer it doesn't make sense

Everything about this hotel was as good as we were lead to believe, the service, the food, the rooms, the facilities were all really good. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If the chance ever arises again, we will be back!

This is an excellent hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We ate dinner in night and the food was excellent. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Comfortable and relaxing stay. Very good service and good food. The rooms are clean and neat. Mr. Vijay and his team were very helpful. We especially enjoyed the food and the bonfire. Would definitely like to go there again.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

There was good staff and supporting behaviour, you can share your problems. The buffet breakfast is not good to add in the package, you can buy from outside during the ride.

Stayed here for 2 days. Loved the location which provided me with a calm pine forest surroundings. Also close by the mall if you wish to be among crowd for a bit. Excellent views of the pine forests. Food was okay, cannot say it's great. Rooms were comfortable with heating and hot water provision. Staff and service was great. Will definitely stay again as i loved the forest surroundings of this place
