I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to major attractions and shopping areas, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Very disappointing stay it was. The shower wasn’t working well. Very less water. In the night, the water was cold. No hot water in tap. Location is good but stay wasn’t comfortable.

Terrible Stay
I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay at Hotel Fariyas on 30th July 2025. I had booked 3 rooms for my family of 6 adults and 1 baby, expecting a comfortable and hospitable experience. Unfortunately, the treatment we received was nothing short of shocking and disgraceful. Firstly, the behaviour of the front office staff was extremely rude There was a clear bias and attitude towards us as Indian guests, while foreign guests were treated with far more courtesy and respect. Secondly, the quality of service was extremely poor. Despite paying exorbitant prices, the rooms lacked basic cleanliness and comfort. The staff was unresponsive to our needs and made us feel unwelcome throughout the stay. The food served was substandard, tasteless, and clearly not fresh. For a reputed hotel, this was shocking. Not only was the food quality bad, but even the baby’s requirements were ignored despite informing the staff in advance. Given the high charges, we expected a premium experience. Instead, we were left with a bitter memory of poor service, subpar food, I strongly urge the hotel management to introspect and take accountability for this experience. For anyone considering a stay here — I recommend avoiding Hotel unless you are prepared to be overcharged and disrespected.

Need improvement
Most of the staff are nice and helpful. Only when you ask for extra care like doing the laundry or request missing towels. Nothing but headache. No show after three times calling an hour wait, until I go to reception area to play hell then I got someone to come to collect my laundry. Housekeeping always forgot to give me the towels. These two are the let down in the whole duration of stayed

Poor Stay
i checked-in at 4 am to have a good peaceful sleep, but in morning whole room was filled with sunlight, i complaint about this to the manager he said hamare kisi bhi hotel me blackout curtains nahi hote...it was whole of a waste of my money as i didn had a good sleep..also their thermostat is locked it was locket on 19 as i have asthma and synus issue i am not comfortable in cold weather but after setting the ac to 26 at was still cooling at 19 whole night and whole room was cold overall bad experiance i would never visit again

Good hotel in Collaba at an excellent location
Fariyas Hotel Mumbai is at an excellent location in Collaba. It's at a walking distance not only from main tourist attractions, but also for eatery and shopping. We stayed at the hotel's suite overlooking the sea. The sea view from the suite was a blissful experience for both sunrise and sunset. The housekeeping service was good making it a pleasant stay. The hotel caters to international guests so the food may not be up to mark for someone looking for authentic Indian taste. But, otherwise the breakfast had multiple options to choose from.
