Had an excellent stay at the 2bhk apartment! a lovely place in white town. Everything is at a very comfortable distance from the flat. Accommodates 3-6 people comfortably. Highly recommended

Its a new property…so i booked it…..it was a comfortable stay….electricity,water was no problem at all…..location is right in the middle of whatever one wants to see in Puducherry……overall a good experience……

Stay in felicia masion was good but they gave us a check in very late and at the time of checkout also they charged extra 150 for only 1 hr lift is not working properly and also maid is not about available after 5:00pm but room and other things are very good.

Room was good but lacks basic amenity. There is no wash basin in the master bedroom bathroom, lock was broken from inside in the bathroom, no hanging rod otlr hook in the bathroom to hand clothes and towels. Room was clean but bathroom floor was not clean. In the bedroom the fan regulator was broken. It says like a 5 star, but they have to improve a lot to be compared to a 5 star, for now it's just an average services apartment. In kitchenette they should put an oven to warm-up the food.

Positives 1. Very good location. Easy to get around 2. Spacious 2 bhk apartment( with 3 beds) & large beds negatives 1. Maintenance is not great. The wall mounted button flush in one of the 2 bathrooms wasn't working well and the water flow wasn't stopping with wastage of water. The instant geyser in one of the 2 bathrooms has only a trickle of hot water. 2. Parking on the small busy road outside was a pain. The place would be full of parked bikes & cars making parking difficult in the evenings. Everywhere. The smell of ayurvedic oils permeates everywhere, in the lift & staircase, from the ayurvedic massage centre on the ground floor 3. There were no proper blankets, only large turkish towels suggestions for improvement : 1. Provide mosquito repellent machines. We had issues sleeping till we bought new machines

What is this kind of stay i have raised that ac is not working no one has responded and there is no lock for bath room and also ac was not working for two days. How could you ask to share ratings for booking if the issue is not resolved as well. It was very hot in there without ac working why should i pay.

It was terrible stay, no proper checkin, no toiletries, no towel, no soap, there was nothing except mosquitos and for that too there was no mosquito killer product. Overall i was very disappointed with my stay, i regret booking this
