Room although small but have all the facilities. Moreover the room is cleaned on daily basis food is available 24 hrs Moreover the room service is also for 24 hrs if your tv and AC is not working at night you can just give a call to help desk

Overall experience was good, services are good. Location of hotel is near by bus stand as well as railway station. Overall experience are good, value for money. Staff is cooperative and room services are good.

Everything was good. Just you should add the breakfast in the pricing. Rest everything was fine and staff was supportive by service and nature. This kind of staff must be there at every connected chosen of hotels.

Hotel was good, clean and nice. Suggested to fellow colleagues. Also, checked in nearby hotels but nothing compared to fidalgo. Staff is good and nice. Will stay in this hotel if coming again to Karnal.

Everything was great about this place from stay to food & they are giving it in such a less price it's amazing .. The staff was also really cooperative & at your doorstep within seconds, no hassle nothing. The bathrooms were clean & as per the standards of other big hotels near by. In short we had a good stay.

The location is very good or I can say excellent very little from bus stand. And the hotel staff is very obey and descent. Rooms are little small but very clean. Toilet are OK not much good. I can say that it's good place for stay.

It's very affordable price of room and very good service and tasty foods. Excellent room service and good location. Neat and clean room and wash room and bed sheet. Walking distance from bus stop and and free Wi-Fi with good speed overall.

The hotel is very clean, hygienic and worth the price it charges. It scores very high in my books particularly because of it's location close to the bus stand, and slightly off the road which keeps it noise free. The stay is comfortable, although the service needs to be a bit more prompt.

Very good room service and food quality is excellent. Near to main bus stand. Value for money. Hotel manager and staff is very humble and carrying. Room and washroom is very nice clean. I think Hotel Fidalgo is value for money.
