Terrible experience
We had paid for luxury rooms but were given tiny ones, saying the hotel was fully booked. Parking space fits barely 6 cars — our car was left outside and got scratched. On top of that, the music is unbearably loud till 4 AM. No soundproofing at all, so forget about sleeping early. They charged ₹2,000 extra per night for our child but didn’t provide any extra bed. Flush wasn’t working, telephone dead, and staff rude. Definitely not worth the money.

Pathetic Experience
Service was very poor. Lizards in both the rooms which we took. Plus big mouse in property.Very rude staff and in breakfast not even allowed to take one small bowl of Upma for 3 yr old kid.

Property is very clean, Spacious & filled with Greenery. Right opposite to Baga Beach. Near to all Clubs and Shacks.

Average experience
They have restrictions for everything, this hotel is present next to Tito Lane which has vibrant night and pubs, all night playing music with loud noises, cannot guarantee peaceful sleep. But it's not the worth the money that we pay

Terrible Stay
Entitled staff, unhelpful, damp and weird environment to live in. Really dark cottages with no light. Staff members will tell you what you (customer) should do in response to your queries instead of saying “how can i help you?” Basic and HM training missing, kids working as staff members. Very and entitled personalities basically.

Average Stay
Rooms are spacious and located in a good area. However, the property lacks proper maintenance. There is no functioning WiFi—only a common open network that doesn’t work. The rooms are poorly lit with only dim yellow lights and no bright or LED lighting, which makes them look dull and shabby.

Average stay! will not recommend
Apart from location, nothing seemed to be good. From room cleanliness to food and service, everything was average.

With Fiesta, You Book Complementary View of Baga Beach
This resort stands out as a refreshing contrast to many others in the area. The location is nothing short of spectacular, Baga Beach is literally at your doorstep. You can enjoy a clear view of the beach right from the breakfast table and the beach is approx. 20 steps away as you step out of the property. The pool is well-maintained and inviting, while the rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. The only area where the resort must improve is the breakfast schedule. Breakfast is served between 8:30 am and 10:00 am, and the restaurant clears the spread at 10:00 am. If you arrive even a few minutes late, you risk missing out entirely. Extending the breakfast window by an hour will enhance the guest experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to combine comfort, good amenities, and a prime location.

The hotel is good but not great, location is thr biggest selling point if you are looking for Baga direct access. Rooms are decent and spacious, breakfast is good as well. It doesn't give that upmarket place feel but good for short stays.
