I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, staff friendly, and amenities satisfactory. However, there were minor issues that prevented a perfect score. The hotel's central location was convenient, and the cleanliness was commendable. The staff's responsiveness to requests was impressive, but the wi-fi connectivity could be more reliable.

No cleaning facility. Room was cleaned just for a day on my entire stay. Also i was charged 300 fpr a day for cleaning service

The ac is not working in

They provide me a different apartment at different location. They told me that ac are not working here so we are giving you apartment at different location

Unhygienic place, can't be in category of service appartment. No response from owner after key handover. Very badly maintained.

The building is glitzy and the pictures posted are all shiny but we had a pathetic experience. The room was not clean when we checked in. There were half filled alcohol glasses in the room and it was stinking of alcohol and non-veg. Look d like somebody was there just before we reached and they didn’t get the room cleaned. The bathroom didn’t have as basic a thing as a clothes hanger and was dirty. The bed linen was dirty. We had to sleep with windows open due to the stench and couldn’t use the ac. Because we had reached very late at night, we somehow just spent the night and left first thing in the morning without even taking a shower. We had paid for the room for three nights in afance and we neither got any refund nor even a courtesy call from the owner, despite writing to mm t about our check out after the first night itself.
