It was a great time at first view resort, tasty food, property is on the road, sufficient parking space, private balcony with nice view etc. Didn't find any issues with service.

Location of Resort is very best it is in mid on the way to Lansdowne from kotdwar. You can a very good view of mountains and forest from balcony of your room. Kids can also enjoy swimming pool and have some kinds of indoor games. Food is also very tasty and staff is very polite and helpful.

This was by far the best resort i have stayed in lansdowne. The service was exceptional, the view was amazing and the owner was so respectful and nice. Please go visit if you get the rooms as it is mostly booked. )

Stayed there for 2 nights. The room was pretty spacious and had a pretty nice balcony too. The bathrooms were very clean and fancy, which was the best thing. Pretty economical and friendly staff too.

Very neat and clean. Staff is very much cooperative. You will have all the facilities like gaming, swimming pool, garden, they also have dinner facility available on roof. No need to go anywhere for food they have great chef available.

It was one memorable stay. Its people what makes any place dull or active. Along with staff, good for us, other people staying there were also nice. We all had good discussion and played carrom and enjoyed pool in both form (swimming and table ) ) dal makhani is super best. We stayed for two days, either lunch or dinner - dal makhani was ordered with each order. Rest all is also good. And glad as honey was added to chill i potatoes. .

This is one of the best hotels of lansdowne if you are visiting in hot weather. The most excellent is there service. The staff is very kind and polite and listens to you.

Stayed there for couple of days and everything was just great. Bit far away from lansdowne (18kms) but that's how i like. Front officer sushil mawdi was always on his toes to fulfill our requests. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
