Great location, great stay and great staff. Breakfast was also good. No complaints about anything. Staff was helpful whenever we needed anything.

Rooms are quite neat and clean, also amenities are fine. The most good thing is their location which is next to the nainital road!

Hotel and its locality was good, rooms were better than 5 star hotels and all the amenities were available except fridge, hotel management and service persons were polite and well dressed, it’s a 8 months old property and is well maintained and looks likes new, colour theme is awesome

Hotel entry is not visible from main road, they don't have most of the food from the menu, even after booking breakfast in advance they have only paratha, puri bhaji and poha. I didn't like this property at all.

The property is far from the main market. Rooms are small. Food is very expensive. Cleanliness is good. Food taste is ok. Bed linens are clean. Front seat is bit slow. No hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast is up to the mark. Tv is smart & flat. Tea kettle is not clean. Don’t take map plan as they don’t have buffet. They don’t provide laundry facility. should ensure such things

I had a pleasant stay at the gold leaf hotel by five elements hotel. There were minor issues like behavior of the staff was little rude. The food like a loo puri and a loo parantha is not good at all but other menu items like sandwich and omlette were good. Thankyou
