Few facilities those were mentioned in the MMT description, early check in and late check out denied. Actual check out time is 1 hr prior to check out time mentioned in the MMT. Food service was quick.

Without bias I can say that accommodation is good, but the quality of food they have provided was average and care taker was not looking very customer oriented. Overall rating was just average.

well maintained Houseboat. we had a comfortable stay. we had complimentary breakfast that was aloo paratha,it was delicious. The care taker saif arranged shikara ride for us on request. He ensured we had a comfortable stay. The check in and check out was smooth. I would recommend this houseboat. only drawback is too many powercuts. this common all across srinagar. only one suggestion is name board for the houseboat would be helpful for the guests to identify the houseboat

The Bombay group of house boat is clean and hygiene. I loved the hospitality of the care taker. The boat owner Billal is also a nice person. But, the fan is not connected with inverter. So, during load shedding fan was not running. Breakfast, is bread butter and boiled egg. Otherwise , I am returning with a good experience.

firstly this hotel group is not having their own house boat, it is with third party partnership with another house boat, and concern house boat guys are not responding properly we have booked where extended check out and early check in were available, but in reality there were no such facilities offered, hotel care taker is continuously pressuring us for leaving the premises by 10 AM also when we are calling hotel representative she was disconnecting the phone in between and not giving any resolution to our problem, very pathetic service kindly do not book this hotel!!

The staff was rude. Also, the breakfast was included in my package though all I got was bread butter and tea. The overall experience was terrible with rude staff. I would not recommend stay at this houseboat to anyone. Also the lica showed were quite different than what we got, overall the quality and aesthetic was also poor.

it is a pathetic place.no luxury,no food quality. sanitation is ordinary. we were out of options so had to spend the night. 1 star hotel quality in 3 star asking price

House boat ambience is very good . Rooms were clean . Shikara ride was great. Breakfast was average but not much is expected in middle of lake. Overall it was a pleasant stay..
