Rooms were very neat. Staffs were very friendly. Food options for lunch/dinner though menu was limited, taste was great. Great choice to travel with family and kids.

This is a well-maintained property in the town of aluva. The stay was comfortable, and the check in at the late hour of 11. 30 pm was completely smooth and hassle free. The room was spacious and well kept. The breakfast buffet was simple and delicious. This is an ideal and affordable place for those visiting aluva or on an overnight transit stay in the travel to the kochi airport.

The stay was good overall. Rooms are nice, restaurant is pricey but food is tasty. It is located in a prime location, so transportation is easy to find.

It was a very comfortable stay. Neat rooms. However, tv was not functional. Wifi also did not work. Reasonable food. If you are looking for a good stay, this place is preferable. Please don't expect any service.

So we booked the hotel for 2 days, and reached at midnight. Hotel rooms are very spacious, restaurant food is very tasty, railway station and ksrtc bus stop are near. Hotel staff is very courteous. If you are traveling to/from airport there is a feeder bus service from aluva metro station every 30 mins, rs 60 per person. I would say flora charishma residency is one of the best hotels in aluva area.

If you are coming to aluva for leisure or business, this is an excellent hotel very close to aluva railway station. Rooms are large and very neat and clean. Staff is courteous. Restaurant serves very good food

Spacious room, good house keeping service, friendly staff, and good breakfast spread. The restaurant served good meals for lunch and dinner and the service is great. Overall very satisfied. Will stay in the hotel again.

Worth my time in kochi

The room cleanliness and the breakfast were top-notch. I would definitely this hotel. Plus, the proximity to both the aluva railway station (which is nearby) and the kochi airport (just over 10kms) makes it an ideal hotel for travellers to stay.

The hotel is centrally located in aluva, the rooms are big and clean, wifi is good, buffet breakfast had a great spread and the ac in the room was working well. Nothing to complain except that there was no one to take our bags up to the room,

Location of the stay is excellent. It is near to bus stand and railway station. It is near to great restaurants. The staff were courteous. I did not have food at their restaurant so i cannot comment on that. The room was spacious and the bathroom was good and clean. The checkin procedure was quick. They have 24 hours reception which is good because i had to checkout at late night around 12 midnight.
