food is the worst part.. they serve half cooked meals... in breakfast buffet there are no option at all.....no proper service... bed not at comfortable... really pathetic

Hotel location is good, nearby tourist spots and eating outlet away from city traffic. Rooms are quite good but hotel has minimum staff to provide good ontime service. We stayed for 2 days, lift was not working and using stairs for our room on 4th floor, which was very unpleasant.

The hotel was really good. The food was great. The staff was very polite. Location is absolutely good. Only thing is that the walls needs paints

we had a amazing stay at flute and we visit quite often. they serves delicious food and the staff is very delightful and friendly as well as helpful.

The property was not as per it was appearing and claiming on the app, the reception service was very poor. They said they have parking facility but it had just two space that too full so I had to park in on the road.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel.The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The staff was extremely polite and always ready to help. The food was average.and the location was perfect

One of the bad experience, In room facilities are worst, Flushing pannel is babd, lighting is bad, we are sending photos as well, don't keep all these hotel in MMT, No cleanliness done on regular time, we never recommend, requested for refund also. I am sharing few photos for references.

the location was fine, rest food, amenities and services are not good. Very slow service, tight space rooms,tight space breakfast area.

The breakfast has limited options but is good. The staff is friendly. The concern is that they have a display that says smoking is not allowed inside, but there is a cigarette tray and some rooms still have a strong smell of smoke.

Great check-in and check-out experience. Staffs are humble and coordinating. Location is nice and nearby railway station.

firstly the ac was not working we asked to change the room despite calling multiple times they changed the room next day the water bottle at hotel should be not chargeable after giving the 2 small bottle they charged money for the water bottles and after they changed the room the bed they provided was in worst condition.., also the room was smelling location is good

Beautiful rooms with all amenities, Very clean and comfortable room,chilled centralized Airconditioner, very cooperative and polite staff, breakfast is too good, centrally located. We had a good time and experience.

The room flooring was broke, dust was on the shelfs, service was very poor , bathroom was very small and not comfortable for a 6 feet tall person.

AC takes almost an hour to do some basic cooling ..not very worth the price, room was small ..bedsheet dirty
