Hotel was good compared to others but food was ok as we don't have lot of options. It is like you have to chose from 3-4 items only but still food was decent so 👌.

The hotel was not having any facilities for electricity and food no cleanliness in the rooms worst experience on mmt

The location and the service was good but there was a lot of electricity issue I paid for an AC room but the AC didn’t even work for more than half of my stay at the property Food and all was also good

Will not talk about location and food , the property has AC but due to power cut in the city the hotel was not able to provide enough back up for AC .. we have booked our stay for 2 days and had to check out the next morning as we couldn’t stay for longer than that as no electricity the whole night .. terrible experience it was .. then we had to book Radisson and had to pay triple the amount for a night which we have paid here for 2 nights..looking for a compensation in this regard..looking forward to the response from mmt

location is centered and can be reachable to famous temples and sites within few minutes.It needs more active members to serve guest.Food is fresh and tasty. rooms need renovation as bathrooms require new assesories in working conditions.

I had a terrible experience at this property. The basic needs were not met, and there were numerous issues with housekeeping. The infrastructure is poor, and there were frequent power interruptions with no backup power available. The elevator was also out of service. I paid an additional 500 against my booking, as the management informed me that only one room was available. They requested an extra 500 for a second room, which I reluctantly paid due to travel fatigue. Overall, my experience was very disappointing. Thank you.

Absolutely disappointing & pathetic. The hotel room door is torn in multiple places. The bed sheets are dirty, and the family-sized rooms are located on the terrace. Additionally, the toilet exhaust pipe is exposed, causing a foul odor to seep into the room

Rooms were dirty, not at all how they're shown in the photos, bathroom were really gross not cleaned. Even after paying for a room for 1 night they still charge you 20 rupees for a water bottle

Location is perfect to move any where in town. Staff of the hotel is very good i reached before time of check in but they arranged a roome for getting refresh so we could go temple earlier and saved my time.

One of best hotels, near banke bihari mandir. All temples are at walking distance with market and resturants nearby, l, hotel food was also good

Flute inn is situated at center location with very clean and comfortable rooms and other facilities. Staff is very cooperative and service is very prompt. Overall a good experience for family.
