Everything is fine but room size is little bit small. I am very happy to see that most of the staffs are female and all hard working, cooperative and give positive energy with their smile 🙂

The rooms and food quality is very good. For family i would suggest this hotel.

The location is very good, the rooms are very small but clean, they are not serving food on sunday, parcel service is not provided. No hot water was available for bath, due to the electricity problem, after several requests they provided a very small quantity of hot water.

I was "checked in" to the hotel at 10a of january 25, even though my stay was supposed to be fully refundable until midnight of that same day. At 9p, i tried to issue my refund, but makemytrip wouldn't let me, saying i already checked in. I called food-planet guesthouse and spoke about this issue, and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Instead, they just pocketed my money knowing full well i had the right to a free cancellation, and knowing that i wouldn't show up. They could have offered to send me the money they'd gotten by upi, but instead they chose to pretend their hands are completely tied. Therefore, even if the 'check in' wasn't their fault (i'm not sure this is true, i found them to be at fault and will leave this review.

Excellent stay. Very good behaviour of hotel staffs much recommended, food also is very good. Overall excellent.

It was a very nice stay. We checked in hassle-free. The room was prepared before our arrival and was nice and clean. Towels, soap, sandals were provided with an extra pillow and blanket. The restaurant was just downstairs and the food was really good. Definitely recommend.

Property location and services are good There are only one big room for three adult, all other rooms are deluxe room for two adults.
