Stay was good and heater was working good the care taker was good he is manish thakur but the disadvantage is you need to directly talk to hotel which room you want either with view or not with view coz they give you room based on the price you pay.

Excellent & luxury stay, totally recommended

Property was amazingly built & gives a cottage astonishing look & feel, very comfortable & warm room & beds with balcony giving amazing open view of mountains. Just need to add one point that water needs to be served at-least while check-in in the rooms, later can be gey it by own from the kitchen. Rest it was a great stay. Totally recommended, & ignore the aspect that distance from city if you want a awesome place to stay in manali.

My first manali trip made awesome

The property is located at a perfect location, situation at walking distance from hidimba temple, market, old manali. The view is so serene and relaxing. Cottage is well maintained in terms of cleanliness. only the kitchen needs to be more well kept and maintained. Over all value for money experience and the staff is also very cooperative.

Awesome caretaker i. E. Sunil and team, peaceful location, great hospitality, value for money as you get balcony, sofa, dining table for the stay, so almost an apartment is yours. Overall a must stay, very good experience guys! p. S. - no kettle, heater, tea sachet, milk packets

A beautiful view

This hotel is located where most of expect it to be, deep up into the jungle, with not much homes Around. It was a quiet peaceful stay would surely calm your mind. And the beautiful view from the Cottage window was to die for.

I traveled there in Dec 2019 and I must say the place is so peaceful and relaxing and you will enjoy the views from the balcony and rooms. The food which they serve is too good and feel like home cooked, special mentions Ravinder the caretaker guy at the cottage is so friendly and helpful and he will assist you with the things like food and other stuff. Overall my experience was quite good and joyful. Will definitely recommend this to anyone who is traveling either solo or with his/her family. Such a great time I had. Thanks for everything.

Picturesque and quaint

Located beautifully amidst the outskirts of Hidimba temple complex we had a rejuvenating experience at Forest way cottages. The rooms are tastefully done in wood with huge washrooms. There are a common balcony and food and tea is available on prior request. Old Manali is a kilometer away on foot through a beautiful trail. Food options like Southern souls and IL forno are down the road.

The location is far from the hustle of the mall Road which is actually good. Rooms are good. The common dining area, balcony and kitchen area are just beautiful. Service is above average. I bet the property would look just splendid when it snows.
