Luxury room means a room with spider web and termites
I booked luxury room and got a room full of spider webs, bathroom with no water and termite door, no tv, walls full of dampened walls with shedding plaster.

Vacant property not safe for stay
The hotel was not in operation, just say it was closed no staff available, only few rooms available let say 4 to 5 only. And that was very dirty along with their toilets. I also claimed my amount refund but hotel deny to make any refund. I lost my money.
