worse stay of my life. dont make this mistake

The state was terrible because last minute they change the property. I booked l 36th, they asked me to stay into d198. Apparently, they told me it is an upgrade, but i felt it is a downgrade because no towel, toiletry was available in the apartment. Even the bathroom was not clean. Not recommended to anyone. I felt cheated. Makemytrip should take some action because what you show and what i have seen and stayed was not the same in this case.

Experience was pathetic. I booked L 36 and suddenly they shifted me to different one without me telling and then they said okay. There is some guest already staying in L 36. This is not at all acceptable. If you are accepting the booking, it means that it will be available on that book date. Also, the rooms were not clean. towards were broken, windy, air was coming inside the room. Lot of noise coming outside. The caretaker staying in the same building and making a lot of noise. At the time of checkout, the caretaker forcefully came in and sat till the time I vacated the property, not a good hospitality. I would say that it is not worth staying yet, and i looking into this review, there is some. They should also take some action bass my experience because it is not what the pictures you have posted. Gaurav told to me that breakfast is included and they prepared that in a kitchen, but every day they got me some Paras from outside restaurant, even the bathroom towels were not available. They charged for electricity meter readings also which was not mentioned anywhere else.
