Poor Stay
The apartment is in the basement with no ventilation, caretaker doesn't stay at the place and he doesn't answer calls. Ordering food was really challenging as the caretaker wasn't present.

Average Stay
The property is in basement, which is the only drawback, as ventilation and natural light is poor. The staff, mr. Deepak was very helpful and courteous. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. It is in a residential colony, so safety not an issue. Pvr anupam market is walking distance so plenty of eating option. Overall, it is value for money

Excellent property.
familyI was searching for an apartment and seen this property on make my trip app. We have such a good stay at this property. They have all the basic amenities present at the property like heater kitchen utensils washing machine etc. Me and my family are fully satisfied with this property. Anyone who wants with family and want to cook by themselves they can book this property
