Our stay at ITC Fortune Khajjiar was exceptional! The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. The entire staff was welcoming, and a special mention goes to Vijay Kumar and Imtiaz for their outstanding hospitality—they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Wonderful property and excellent hospitality. Breakfast is very good. Located slightly at a remote location. Ala cart e food is damn expensive. Apart from ala cart e meals rest the entire property is good.

Location of this hotel was convenient and very near to main tourist spot. Staff & hospitality was very good and caring. Particularly hotel mamager mr. Rohit was very warm and supposrtive. Food was very good. They served us with special himachali thali and v rat thali. Restaurant staff was nice and hence over all experience was awesome.

The property is in khajjiar apex 16kms from dalhousie the property is beautiful which scenic views of mountains, rooms are spacious with balcony. Food was amazing from buffet to in room dining. You can have access to temp controlled swimming pool, bon-fire. Services were top notch

Location of the property is excellent staff is very supportive food is very good service is very good only one problem occurs: the bathroom lock was not working properly but the problem is solved immediately by the staff. Hope the lock is replaced. Strongly suggest the hotel for a great experience and memories

Location is good rooms are clean the view from the room is the best thing and staff was very kind and humble. Just one thing to suggest to the chef that the breakfast buffet should have more items and the food should have more taste. The hotel is the best.
