Well appointed rooms neat and hygienic wash room well maintained, shower throw is quite good. Was unwell and reception was generous enough to get me medicines although required ones unavailable in the first aid kit (from outside )

Excellent customer service and friendly and polite staff. Everyone was helpful. Location is the heart of the city, the food was so delicious and they've so many varieties. Staff responded anytime you call them. I love this place a lot because of their service. I'm a regular visitor to this place, and i always recommend this place to my friends and family.

Great experience. Rooms, food, staff everything turned out great. Can visit with no second thoughts. Location is 15 mins drive from temple, railway station and bus. It is in the middle of city.

We had a really comfortable stay with family during April '2023. We have always stayed at this hotel earlier during our visit to Vijayawada. The food is always great and the stay is always absolutely comfortable with high levels of good housekeeping. Highly recommend this hotel.
