The stay was really good. I checked in late(at midnight)but food was still available which was really convenient. Food tastes amazing. Breakfast buffet was also good. Staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Ac worked well and there was no odour in the room. Checkout was also easy. Overall, it was a great hotel.

The check-in was smooth. The room was very comfortable. The food was amazing. Man-deep was a very courteous host for the dinner. The breakfast spread was vast and there were gluten free items also available which are generally not available in hotels.

It is a newly built hotel, located on the highway. The exterior and interior both are great. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Room service and buffet breakfast are good. Service is also great. Just a couple of things that were not good : 1 - during check-in they ask each guest to sign a declaration that hotel will not be responsible for Aadhar card details. 2 - The worst part of the whole stay experience was- during checkout they asked us to wait till the rooms were checked. I am sure, all the hotels whether big or small must be checking their rooms when the guests leave, but till date, no hotel has ever asked us to not leave till they check the rooms. So, this was a ŕeally bitter experience but because the overall stay and service was great, I still decided to rate it

Service is undesirable. Rooms are ok but everything else is below par. Breakfast spread was limited and they make you wait for 20 mins to replenish the stock. Even after 20 mins the desired food item didn’t arrive. Staff believes in arguing rather than solving problems. Rooms are ok. Location is far off from city. You don’t find any good hotels in hoshiarpur so you have to bear with this property.
