The hotel is in mid of station and market. Rooms are clean, Food is good, A/C work well, Hot-Cold water available.. The drawback is limited limited fleet/cars for helipad and banganga drop.

2days transit to Vaishno Devi and back. It was all good to be there before embarking the Yatra and returning back on completion. Staff and hospitality was very good. Overall enjoyable

Experience was terrible, TV was not aligned straight, TV remote was broken and Front Office Staff denied to upgrade my room in term of compensation to the trouble caused.

Pleasant Stay
Rooms are very spacious. Great property especially the garden at the front and back. Kids friendly. Food was also good and they customised as per our requirements when we asked for less to no oil and ghee.
