Property is accessible and is in centre of the city. Hotel is neat and clean. Food was really good, good varieties in breakfast. Hotel has accommodated our requests.

It’s a beautiful property with scenic views. The rooms were large sized and the toiletries were of great quality. All the staff were polite, smiling and friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing - both the spread as well as the taste. The flowers outside the main lobby were a treat for the eye, a rush of colours so to say. Overall, we will recommend this property to everyone.

We were travel-ling with elder parents and a young toddler. We had an excellent experience because of wonderful staff, hospitality and amazing food. We dined regularly at the hotel because of good quality and service. Hotel is in the city so all the local attractions were 10-15 mins away. Local market is 5 mins away as well. Hotel was clean, all amenities were working and they had some in-house entertainment like horse riding service.

The stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The location of the hotel was also a plus. The staff is really courteous and helpful at all times. I would recommend this place for anyone traveling to ooty.

Hospitality, location and food quality of resort makes my trip memorable. I stayed in lots of resorts but their welcome drink ( herbal tea) i can never forget. Architect of this resort is awesome because of this lots of people i saw they are usually sitting in common area. Horse riding and play area for children. Highly recommend for family.

Beautiful place to spend memorable time at ooty. Food was excellent and so was the hospitality. Crew and management was quick to respond to the feedback given for immediate improvement.

The location is almost in the heart of the city. Most places and main market is nearby. The rooms are clean and housekeeping is very prompt. The reception is also quite helpful. Special mention of monika for helping us with our day itinerary plan. Hi-five to fabien at the spa, and satheesh ji at the bar. Thank you guys for making our stay a memory to cherish !

Wasn't very happy with the first room assigned, however the staffs were polite enough to change it to the better one! room service was also much appreciated. All the staffs were polite. Would definitely pick fortune over any other properties in ooty!
