I stayed in room number 707 at Fortune Select Global, Gurugram - Member ITC Hotels Group, Gurgaon from 15-18.09.2025.
1. Rooms are very Musty smelly and it might be because of the excessive moisture or humd condition in the room.
2. Room sleepers, shoe cleaning and shaving kit are not available.
3. Bath soap is not available.
4. There was nothing available to wipe feet after coming out of the bathroom.
5. On the first day, my colleague and I noticed that the same vegetables that were in Buffet lunch also appeared in Buffet dinner. And despite this, there was a difference of Rs. 100-150 between the prices of the two meals. Almost the same menu was available for even everyday meals.
6. On the last day of billing, I noticed some difference (Rs. 100-150) in the rates of buffet lunch and buffet dinner. When I asked the reception lady (who was really helpful), she asked the senior manager of the restaurant and the senior manager took about 10-15 minutes to find out the reason for the difference. Which I thought was really wrong.
Even after this, I thanked the person, but he left with a somewhat angry attitude.
If I compare this hotel with Fortune Select Global in Vapi, the hotel, service and food there in Vapi were 5 times better than the services in Gurugram. Also, the staff in the restaurant there are very active and cooperative.
