I am especially delighted with the warm welcome given by the hotel staff. I was too delayed to go for dinner, but all the serving staff were found smiling. Usually, in another hotels, the staff used to be in a hurry to pack up and prepare themselves for the next morning. The location is obviously very nice. Above all, they also arranged the birthday cake for me, and they made the day more special for me. Thanks to duty manager ms nidhi singh and colleagues.

Easy check-in, prompt room-service, comfy bed, clean linen, decent breakfast and breeze of a checkout. All you can ask in a short stay. Would definitely visit again.

Location is convenient and at the heart of the city, having good connectivity. Breakfast and dinner buffet options were good, staff was polite, quick in providing service and efficient.

I had a very comfortable stay here for two nights. In fact, ritin and keertana were very accommodative and upgraded me to a club room. The room is spacious and well-decorated. The food quality and quantity too is praiseworthy. The hotel is in the centre of the town and a lot of offices and tourist places are easily accessible.

Location - near to cantonment railway station. Ambience is good. Basic amenities were good including the small yet well maintained swimming pool. Buffet breakfast had lots of varieties. Staffs were gentle. Overall a peaceful stay.
