Nice cosy stay with very helpful staff
Nice cozy hotel at the a good locations. Railway Station and Airport within 30-40 mins. Shopping area of Ratanpol too just 15 mins away.

A great place to stay while traveling for business and pleasure. The place is close to the main road and has good amenities. The good has good options too. There is a good TT table. Gym could be better

We had a great stay at Four Points by Shertaon. Hotel is in a good location with easy access to many attractions. Very helpful front desk team. Restaurant is good with several options in the spread. The chef mr. Sumit was very welcoming n engaging. Breakfast was good overall. Only con was the tv in room was old n they can be upgraded.. However everything else was simply good here and would definitely recommend stay here

The rooms are too small and not even properly cleaned before check in. Water was dripping in the washroom and while complaining the same hoteller answered that we don't have any other room. Based on the price it is like buying the peanuts in the name cashew

the property was good.the staff was curtious very helpful and humble. the location was prime and everything was just 20 25 mins away. good food and clean rooms. special shout out to mhd sidiqui for all the help.

I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton. Positives: • Staff were courteous and helpful • Rooms and common areas were clean Negatives: • The room still has a decade-old set-top box instead of a smart TV — and even that wasn’t working • Flush in the washroom was not working Overall, while service and cleanliness are good, the facilities seriously need an upgrade to meet current standards.

service is very poor
I am extremely disappointed with the breakfast buffet service. The quality and management were very poor and far below expectations. On top of that, I was sitting in the lobby where the AC was not working, which made the experience even worse. Considering this is a Marriott property, I am truly shocked that such a low standard of service is being provided.

The property was very much good it was cleaned properly lobby area walking area room's and also i asked for late check-out and I got it at very reasonable rates I had in room dinning & brekfast over there so food quality was very good & also behaviour of all the staff waa very nice.

Stayed for a night with family. The hotel offers excellent food and service, which really stood out. Both dinner and breakfast had a wide variety, and the chef was very accommodating, even preparing a less spicy dish especially for my child. However, the room quality left much to be desired. The property feels dated – the floor had visible scratches, and the upholstery had noticeable stains, which gave a poor impression. Overall, a decent stay if you're focused on food and hospitality, but the rooms definitely need an upgrade.
